I'S AGE
A phase where we take extreme care of ourselves…
and somehow forget the most basic form of mental hygiene: childlike joy.
Kinderfreude is not infantilism.
Somewhere between your third emotional breakdown this week and the last unread email, a green dinosaur rides a bicycle.
And enjoys it like an idiot.
This is not a gentle reminder.
We weren’t born cynical.
We learned it.
And we can unlearn it too.
Joy doesn’t go extinct.
So let’s wrestle.
Laugh in the middle of a crisis.
Build a fort.
Kinderfreude is not nostalgia — it’s resistance.
We can pay our bills and still pretend the floor is lava.
Balance, darling.
Stay weird.
Stay curious.
Keep your Kinderfreude.

Diagnosis of a Struggling Adult
Are you a dinosaur without a bike?
Not by age.
By behaviour.
You allow yourself joy only when it makes sense — when it’s justified, productive, or leads somewhere.
If it has no outcome, you don’t even consider it legitimate.
You treat boredom with stimulation, not play.
Instead of space for imagination, experimentation, or silence, you reach for another input, another screen, another distraction.
You play only when it’s “allowed”.
When there’s a scheduled time, a place, a workshop, a course — or at least an audience.
Spontaneous, purposeless play feels suspicious.
Your curiosity exists only when the answer comes fast.
If something can’t be explained quickly, googled instantly, or summarised in three sentences, interest fades.
You divide things into “meaningful” and “pointless”.
And the pointless ones — often the most joyful — get systematically banned.
And somewhere along the way, shame crept in.
Shame around joy, awkwardness, spontaneity — as if they were signs of immaturity, not life.
DEEP GUIDANCE
Základní pravidla
To make it work
The unconscious speaks in images, feelings, symbols. Not in logic.
The more you push it, the more he hides. You need to give him space, not interrogate him.
Consistency > intensity. 10 minutes a day beats a “weekend spiritual hackathon.”

The unconscious first reports itself through the nervous system.
Exercise “Signal Map” (7 minutes):
Sit down. Close your eyes.
Move your attention from top to bottom of your body and say to each part: nothing / tension / heat / cold / tingling / pain / calm.
Choose one place that is the strongest.
Ask yourself the question: “If you were the news, what would you say?”
Write your answer in one sentence. No editing.
Entry gate: body

“Dream dump” ritual (3 min in the morning):
Immediately after waking up: write down everything you remember. Even “black”.
Add 3 items:
Dream emotions (fear / relief / disgust / desire / embarrassment…)
The most prominent object (door, water, telephone, animal…)
One sentence: “This reminds me of…”
How to read dreams (without esokrinja):
Don't look for "interpretation." Look for themes: chasing, losing, shame, saving, control, falling, forbidden.
Ask: “What is living in me now?” (not “what does it mean in the dream”)
The purest channel: dreams
“10 minutes without censorship” exercise (daily / every other day):
Set the timer to 10.
Write without stopping. Even if it's "I don't know what to write" over and over again.
Last minute: write the question: “What don’t I want to see?” and let the answer come.
Don't discuss anything after writing. Just underline 1-2 sentences that stuck out to you.
Direct contact: automatic writing

This is “legal lucid hallucination” in a safe package.
Exercise “Doors” (12–15 minutes):
Close your eyes, 6 slow breaths.
Imagine a room with one door in it.
Open them. Let the character/animal/object come.
Ask 3 questions:
“Who are you?”
"What are you carrying for me?"
“What do you want from me?”
Write everything down. No rationalization.
